Capacity Building Programme
Capacity building is the improvement in an individual's or organization's facility to produce, perform or deploy.
Capacity building is the process through which individuals, organisations, and societies obtain, strengthen, and maintain the capabilities to set and achieve their own development objectives over time. As a part of the BEd Curriculum. It is suggested that a capacity building session be conducted in the second semester.
Therefore, a programme was conducted by our college management on the topic Stress Management.
The programme was conducted in the college auditorium on 2nd November 2023 on 10a.m.
Arya muraleedaran, a psychologist was the resource person for the day.
She took class on topics like stress and discussed about stress of teachers as well as students. She conducted two games and one activity related to stress management.
She talked about the reasons of stress and how can we can handle stress in a better way. The session was very interesting and informative. The programme winded up by 1.00 p.m.
