I reached school by 9:00 a.m. in the morning and signed the attendance register upon arrival. By 9:40 a.m., I reached the staff room for the staff prayer. Following the prayer, we were assigned substitution duties. I had no substitutions scheduled for the morning, but I had a concerned class in the evening. 
During the 7th period, I had a substitution in 9C where I conducted a whole class remedial teaching on the topic "Types of Metabolism". Earlier in the day, I also taught Animal Cell Structure to class 8D. Additionally, I had a substitution class in 6B during the 6th period. 
After the 7th period, the bell rang for the national anthem and the school dispersed by 3:30 p.m. I left the school after signing the attendance by 3:45 p.m.

I taught class 9C about the structure of the chloroplast.
After the 7th period, the bell rang for the national anthem and the school dispersed by 3:30 p.m. I left the school after signing the attendance by 3:45 p.m.

By 9:40 a.m., I reached the staff room for the staff prayer.Following the prayer, we were assigned substitution duties. I conducted a quiz competition in class 6B during a substitution in the 5th period. 
Later, in the 6th period in class 9C, I conducted group remedial teaching on the topic of Facilitated Diffusion.
After the 7th period, the bell rang for the national anthem and the school dispersed by 3:30 p.m. I left the school after signing the attendance by 3:45 p.m.

By 9:40 a.m., I reached the staff room for the staff prayer.Following the prayer, we were assigned substitution duties. I had no substitutions scheduled for the day. I taught class 9C about the phases of photosynthesis. In class 8D, I taught about cell and Tissues. 
Later, in class 9C, I also covered the topic of chemical changes in glucose.
After the 7th period, the bell rang for the national anthem and the school dispersed by 3:30 p.m. I left the school after signing the attendance by 3:45 p.m.

During the 6th period, I had a substitution in 9C where I conducted individual remedial teaching on the topic "Transfer of Substances from External Environment into the Cytoplasm". 
I also taught class 9C about "Autotrophs and Heterotrophs".After the 7th period, the bell rang for the national anthem and the school dispersed by 3:30 p.m. I left the school after signing the attendance by 3:45 p.m.

Remedial Teaching was also conducted in 9C on the following topics
Whole Class Remedial - Types of Metabolism 
Group Remedial - Facilitated Diffusion
Individual Remedial- Transfer of Substances from external environment into cytoplasm.

Extra Curricular Activities 
There was no particular extra curricular activities conducted during this week except a volley ball team selection by the physical education teacher.

Co curricular activities 
About 6 lesson plans were completed with four from class 9 and two from class 8.
A quiz was conducted in class 6B.
Data related to the project was collected from teachers, parents and students.

KKEM aims to create knowledge-based career opportunities for job seekers in Kerala and the Job seekers will be offered vacancies including full-time and part-time jobs, projects and freelance jobs, and remote work in the private, MSME, and start-up sectors Swhalin sir gave us a detailed class about the career opportunities and in the end of the session he ask every one to register in the DWMS portal and we got a assessment questionnaire to fill.

TEACHING PRACTICE FIRST PHASE WEEK 8 WEEK 8 : Monday to Friday  27/11/2023 to 1/12/2023            Reflection on School experience  I reached the school by 9.30 am and then signed the attendance register and were alloted substitution classes. 27/11/2023 The first day, I had a class in 9C during the fourth period  and I took the topic named "Vital Capacity and Tidal Volume" from the unit Breathing for Energy of their biology textbook using activity method.  I was alloted substitution in 7B and 6 D during the third and sixth  period respectively. I made 6D students to  read a Malayalam poem from their Malayalam textbook and 7 B students, a drawing competition.
